These cupcakes were created for my fabulous friend Michael who is the creator of Foppish Films. These little dandies are Devils Food cake with a buttercream frosting and a fondant covered Oreo cookie made to spell out Foppish Dandy. Low in fat, they are not. Delicious? That’s a whole ‘nother story!
